Case Power Engineering (Hainan) Co., Ltd, (in short as CASE), is a joint venture established by ACIS (Beijing) International Trading Co., Ltd (in short as ACIS), CSSC Nanjing Luzhou Machine Co., Ltd (in short as CSSC) and Sinomac (Fareast) Ltd in Hainan, China. CASE has a diversified scope in different industries, including energy engineering, environmental protection engineering, building construction as well as equipment manufacturing. CASE dedicates to provide outstanding service of engineering technology and design specifically for industries of cement, power, oil and glass.
Cooperating with its mother company ACIS and CSSC, CASE can get sufficient support to provide strong equipment manufacturing ability for EPC contracting of electrical power equipment, environmental protection equipment, cement production equipment as well as glass factory equipment.
CSSC Nanjing Luzhou Machine Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of CSSC, is established in 1958 with manufacturing base in Nanjing, China covers an area of 450,000 square meters with more than 2800 employees. It has complete management operating system, including product design, development, production, sale and technical service.
The company has comprehensive production capacity, such as casting, forging, heat treatment, cold working, welding, machining, assembly and debugging, large equipment installation, etc. It has more than 1100 units (sets) processing and testing equipment. It introduces resin sand production line and machining center equipment with the computer programmed control. Both casting accuracy and machining precision has achieved the contemporary international advanced level.
The company has got ISO9001：2000 standard quality system certificate and military product quality system certificate.
Advanced mechanical machining, metal welding and heat treatment technologies enhance the company’s comprehensive manufacturing ability. It possesses perfect production and business operation management system, such as product design, development, production, sales, and technical services, etc.
Under the umbrella of CSSC Group, “CASE” receives strong support from major engine manufacturers through manufacturing units of China Shipbuilding Trading Co Ltd.
